- What’s better, opening your hotel door to see…the hallway? Or unzipping your tent or opening the door of your RV to see…green trees?! The sunrise! Lakes! Trails! Blue sky! We choose blue skies.
- What do you do in a hotel room? A lot of sitting and watching TV while waiting for everyone to get ready. In a campground, you can take a short hike before breakfast. Jump in the lake after lunch. Roast s’mores over the campfire while telling ghost stories after dinner. Camping means more physical activity , too. Fishing, hiking, canoeing, swimming, biking, taking a paddleboat out for a spin, or racing down a waterslide!
- Traveling with a group? Families traveling together sometimes need to sleep in separate hotel rooms where the only common place to gather is the hotel lobby. But at our family campgrounds, you can book a tent campsite, RV site or cabin next to each other. You’ll be able to share a campfire, have a cookout, and star gaze at night sitting in your camp chairs. It’s so much better than watching TV in a hotel chain’s room!

While campers enjoy all that nature has to offer, we understand that family campgrounds today aren’t complete without more “modern” activities. That’s why Jellystone Park campgrounds offer your family the chance to enjoy mini-golf, wagon rides, playgrounds, game rooms, pedal carts, horseshoes and much more.
