- Do you have free Wi-Fi? Click On Do you have free Wi-Fi? There is free Wi-Fi available for all guests. However, streaming tv and video sites or downloading large files will affect the speed for you and everyone else in the Camp-Resort, so limiting your use is encouraged.
- Are pets allowed at Jellystone Park? Click On Are pets allowed at Jellystone Park? Pets are welcome, as long as they are always on a leash, and owners clean up after them. For cabin stays, pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly cabins. Enjoy your stay with your furry friends!
- Can I cancel or change my reservation online? Click On Can I cancel or change my reservation online? You may cancel your reservation online as per our cancellation policy. However, if you need to change your reservation, you must email us at fun@jellystonens.com to make a change (subject to availability), and if accommodated, a change fee will apply.
