Terms and Conditions:

By entering our giveaway, participants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM (ET) on December 1st and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on December 14th. All entries must be received by the end of the entry period. Entries submitted after December 14th will not be considered.

2. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Camp Jellystone LLC and employees of Jellystone Park franchisees are not eligible to participate. No purchase is necessary to participate. The giveaway is free to enter and open to all eligible participants who meet the entry requirements.

3. Prize Details: Each prize consists of a 2 night/3 day stay at a tent site, RV site, or in a single family cabin for up to 6 individuals at a specific Jellystone Park location. Each prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for usage at a different Jellystone Park location or redeemed for cash. The prize does not cover any taxes, fees, extra persons, or additional activity costs associated with the stay. The stay prize is valid for the 2025 season only. All stay prizes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please note that prize stays can not be redeemed during the following holiday timeframes: May 22nd – May 26th, July 3rd – July 7th, and August 28th – September 1st.

4. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries associated with individual giveaway posts. Winners will be announced on the Jellystone Park Facebook page on Monday, December 16th. Winners will be contacted via direct message within 24 hours of the announcement. If the winners fail to respond within 48 hours of notification, Camp Jellystone LLC reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. General Terms: By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the giveaway in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This giveaway is subject to standard policies and procedures, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Facebook Disclaimer: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, nor is Facebook associated with this giveaway in any way. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resorts, not to Facebook.

Fraudulent Activity Warning

If you receive any unsolicited messages or communications before the winner announcement on December 16th, especially those with clickable links or requests to register for the giveaway, please be aware that these are likely fraudulent or scam attempts.
